Regarding the quetsions: I’m afraid we can’t help you here for two reasons: – it depends a lot of the scope and terms of your support contract, so generically taking somebody elses’s questions won’t help – we are happy to share tips and insights for customers also with the wider community, but we really can’t provide free basic training for employees of competitors, who don’t do this for their own employees. I hope you understand that. In fact, if you are a junior consultant and your employr doesn’t provide you with this kind of information, I can only encourage you to find a decent employer as soon as you can. Sounds harsh, but I’ve always been quite open about my views in this respect and there are faaaar to many comoanies out there taking advantage of employees as well as customers to mke a quick buck while helping neither.
