ESS Leave Request with EhP4 in the Portal Attention! If you use the leave request in the Portal and you want to upgrade from EhP <3 to EhP4 – you’ll get the following problem: error message "No child found in WebDynproContext with name base" will occur when starting the leave request. That means EHPs are not always cumulative and EHPs cannot be skipped without any problems – at least from EhP <3 to 4 using the leave request. If you already have installed EhP4 skipping EhP(s) and you use the leave request in the Portal you have to undeploy the BP ESS of EhP4, download and deploy the BP ESS from EhP3 SP 15 and again redeploy the BP ESS of EhP4.
