iProCon, Germany
How are we organized? iProCon, Germany has its headquarter in Diekholzen near Hildesheim, but its organization is completely decentralized. Instead of working in one central office building (e.g. headquarter) we try to be close to our customers through consulting locations all over Germany. This way we provide quick and easy contact and support for our customers upon request. Beyond that, our consultants are also available for projects all over Europe! We ensure intensive knowledge exchange between our consultants. All our consultants use state of the art information and communication technology. Companywide meetings at regular intervals ensure the exchange of knowledge and experience - from which our customers benefit accordingly. Formation of iProCon Two former employees of IDS Scheer AG – a senior manager and a manager of human resources – founded iProCon GmbH in April 2000. It is the ongoing vision of Christian Lübke and Sven Ringling to connect process consulting and IT implementation to improve the customer value. UK Subsidiary In 2012, our UK subsidiary, iProCon Ltd. was established in London. Although there is an obvious regional focus, both subsidiaries work together as one team in international projects, but also in other projects, where sharing of skills and resources across borders provides benefits for the customer.
