HR Process Excellence
The iProCon team is experienced in process management especially in human resources. In these projects we use tools such as ARIS® or ViFlow®. iProCon supports you during the whole project and especially in the beginning when we define the general architecture, the methods and the project plan for your company.
The HR-Process-Check helps you to carry out the project in an optimal way and to avoid a waste of resources. With the reference model HR service catalogue we offer you a valuable basis for the identification of your services.
We support you in carrying out a full project of process management (modeling of the processes in a tool, chairing of workshops with your employees, defining the goals, requirements and As-Is processes as well as discussing, defining and validating the To-Be processes). Of course we do help you in single workshops, too, e.g.
  • Training-courses for the tools ARIS® and ViFlow® (carried out by our partners).
  • Workshop to train your project team members in methods of process management giving HR examples.
  • Workshop about the definition of the process architecture.
  • Workshop(s) about the identification of services, main functions and core processes, management processes and support processes.
  • Full project management incl. coaching of the project team members.
  • Workshops in different phases and milestones of projects – where ever you need support during the project.
  • Workshop about the process based selection and implementation of personnel information system.
  • Follow-up-workshops after finished projects to coach you in continuous change (e.g. 1 time per quarter or per year).
  • Support / project management / doing of follow-up-projects based on the process architecture (e.g. system implementation, organizational adaptation, installation of a wide-ranging personnel development process, seminars, ...)
