Your coach gives you support in situations such as: You are responsible for an SAP HR project, where you have no support from consultants – and you want to have your decisions checked by an expert or get some fresh ideas from time to time. You are redesigning the HR-processes in your company and need somebody that listens to your ideas and gives you feedback based on his experience from many different companies. Your HR applications are run by an outsourcing company and you need some support to assess the quality of this service. You are in the process of choosing an HR-software and want an expert from outside to help you assess the different products. You often have to check concepts, papers and statements from internal or external service providers. You just want to get and discuss new ideas for the improvement of your HR-processes. ... So, you will improve the quality of your decisions and reduce risks considerably!   How is this going to work? In a first meeting with your coach, the objectives of your future cooperation are defined. Then it will be decided, whether the coach can fulfill your requirements. From this day on, your coach will answer your questions via phone or e-mail. On your request, your coach will come to your site for a meeting or a presentation. Or he will check larger documents, you sent him via mail or e-mail and discusses the results with you. For very special questions, your coach will ask other experts, if necessary. You can stop this cooperation whenever you want to. How much will it cost? The idea of this concept is, that you always get good value for money. We do not want to charge phone calls by the minute, e-mails by the line or anything like that. Instead of this we will agree on a monthly fee – representing your benefit - in our first meeting. This may start from 500 Euro per month. Only time spent on your site for meetings etc. or other larger pieces of work like the check of a big concept paper will be charged separately according to a special agreement. The monthly fee will be subject of a regular review. Should it turn out, that there is no longer a win-win-situation for both sides, we will agree on a new fee. This will be discussed open and fair. If we cannot get back to a win-win-situation, the agreement can be stopped at any time. This is necessary, because it is very difficult to know the time required from the coach and the benefit for the customer beforehand. However as you are in a management position, your decisions may have far reaching effects. Therefore the fee for such expert knowledge always at hand will pay off easily in most cases.
